WATERSHED delves into the extraordinary life of seven-time Paralympic medalist, Mallory Weggemann as she trains for the Tokyo Paralympics amidst the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. The film provides an intimate portrayal of her journey, capturing the highs and lows of her swimming career alongside her and Jay’s personal struggle with infertility and undergoing IVF. Self-documented by Weggemann and Snyder, WATERSHED offers a raw and authentic glimpse into their lives, highlighting their resilience and determination while aiming to provide authentic representation for the disability community and shine a light on the importance of IVF.
